Q: How can I buy books?
A: You can purchase books on our website or you can also send us a DM on Instagram. Please note that we have limited copies of each title.
Q: Are the books brand new?
A: Yes, all the books on sale are brand new copies.
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: Bank Transfers (via banking platform or GCash). After checking out and choosing offline payment as your mode of payment, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Please send your proof of payment via email and we'll then ship your order as soon as we can. Unpaid orders will be held for 24 hours only.
Q: How long does shipping take?
We're still trying different shipping methods so these prices are subject to change.
For those in Manila, you have the option to pick up in Makati.
We can also arrange a motorbike courier or send your book via snail mail (same day to 3 business days) -PHP 150-180 in Metro Manila.
REST OF THE PHILIPPINES: Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – PHP 200- 220
A: Yes however due to the pandemic, books will take a number of weeks to arrive.
Q: Can I return or exchange a book?
You can only return a book if you received the wrong book. We carefully inspect books before shipping and in case of any slight damage or flaw we will inform you about it beforehand. For any concerns about this please email us. We will evaluate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that we reserve the right to deny a return or exchange.
Q: Can I have a book gift wrapped and delivered on a certain day?
A: Yes, you can give special instructions at the 'add a note' section on the checkout page. Complimentary gift-wrapping is available on request as well as delivery to your giftee.
